| Hello everyone, I began to see Kung-fu hustle very bored in my flight to Japan. I expected to be another boring DVD movie Kung fu with martial arts cliché story lines and bad acting. What I found was an incredibly funny, crazy, novel, short story with slap stick comedy laugh me out of my * ss high. Stephen Chow is to put China in the world cinema map with his genre of films. The action is, of course, real and has not used the effects of computer - but I do not think Chow is trying to impress everyone by having only real martial arts to Ongbak. He is an artist like Jackie Chan was at its best. He even has a cheeky in western films such as The Matrix and Spider-man who is very good. The story of Kung-fu hustle itself is set in a sort of 70 Chinese and people like me who love travel and different cultures to get a true feeling of being in China. The story gives a lot of crazy surprises like a fairy tale for children and is very funny and refreshing. I saw Kung-fu hustle a couple of times and now bought it on DVD and cannot wait for his next film. Kung-fu hustle is a well deserved 9 / 10 |
| My friendly neighborhood store manager video recommends this Kung fu Comedy movie for me and it is rented, because I never went wrong before. Claims on the packaging of the DivX film Kung fu has a Tarantino-like "quality to it. but what I decided that I recognized that I was the choreographer, the same man who choreographed Tiger Dragon, Yuen Woo Ping. and to my surprise, I enjoyed this film: Kung fu in depth. They have an edge to it, as Tarantino. also has a touch of The Matrix and a dash of romance in Braveheart, and the magical quality that we saw in Tiger. this Kung fu Comedy movie belly laughs from me, was so much fun! a self-parody, mixing fantasy, comedy, great action sequences and well and has a magical quality as I really appreciated that. It seemed unconventional, touching, and absolutely HILARIOUS. English subtitles, these films have come a long way over the well-cut-i used to make films in the seventies in Chinese theaters where subtitling was unintentionally hilarious. Kung-Fu Hustle note is not a movie. concerned a number of areas and they surprisingly well covered. if you've never seen an action DVD movie Kung fu before Chinese, and are used for Jackie Chan movies, you may not know what to do with this film. but I can almost guarantee that will make you laugh out loud. uniquely prepared to cast great characters, a stereotyped hero, heroine sweet flying martial arts, Shakespeare's "side" characters, fantasy, comedy genius, and an abrupt end. | I liked Shaolin Soccer, which was full of laughter and Stephen Chow has done so again with Kung Fu Hustle. It is not in the same vein as Shaolin Soccer and not a belly full of laughs, but certainly underlined his love of action movies, especially martial arts movies. The Kung fu Comedy pays tribute to all Hong Kong Serials Martial Arts, Bruce Lee and the action genre in general. I would even say that Kung Fu Hustle is Shoalin more refined football in terms of history, action sequences and acting. The scenery is very pleasant with some scenes from the old Hong Kong and the way people used to live. The fight scenes were very good, especially at the beginning with the three teachers to combat the Ax Gang. Well, the story was predictable but that does not detract from the enjoyment a little.
