| Let me say that I have not had a good laugh in ages. I saw this film: Loose Cannons last night for the first time and it was fun from start to finish. Paring up akroyd Dan and I think Gene Hackman is one of the best teams in the Loose Cannons film scene I've done, the jokes, the action and the actual characters themselves. Having the land on which the Germans and have set in Washington was pretty stupid that I have to admit, but it was all part of the story of how they came together. The lead is difficult to see stars these days because of idiots like (Jack Black is Farrel), taking all the air time. This is the kind of comedy that the young generation today should be watching instead of the garbage thats out these days. Im so glad these old films like this still exists. |
| It was a torture to stay until the end, but I did so I could be objective. This Loose Cannons Action film is incredibly stupid, useless, and a cliché-funny. Two great actors, Gene Hackman and Dan Aykroyd in 2 hours spoiling what had been built throughout his career. Nothing in this DVD film Loose Cannons is worth mentioning, except that is so horrible. The worst part is, by far, where the pump is trying to be funny. A total failure. Reaching the so bad it's good category, but it does not, so I guess that even the MST3K boys like this. |
| Gene Hackman How could it be part of this project and remain dignified throughout the film? Dan Aykroyd, at least, has done much worse (remember Doctor Detroit), but that kind of Hackman expected to be above such sordid action / comedy. I guess he thought he could do a better Eddie Murphy who was then the king of comedy action. (Warning: spoilers) The plot involving the Germans trying to make a Fourth Reich is very tired and are in fact an easy target. Take a look at what happens when Robert Prosky does his best imitation of Hitler at the end of the DVD film Loose Cannons and look at the screen behind him. Then recalled that his first scene in which is exactly as you predicted, but not expected. I can not remember Prosky see Hill Street Blues, where he was absolutely great to see him here and then say: "What a tool!" And let's not forget the human blimp Dom DeLuise. Maybe it was fun in the first part of his career, but to see what wheeze their way through a party that is the most miscasting makes you feel nauseous. Ronny Cox Beverly Hills Cop fame attempting a southern accent, which makes it sound like a bad imitation of Billy Bob Thornton. What is curious about this DVD movie Loose Cannons is below the average number of famous people who make perfect fools of themselves, and Dan Aykroyd type should feel ashamed of schizophrenia to see the trouble rather than a disease. As Roger Ebert has said: "Anything can be fun if you run the right way." but it is definitely wrong. |
| Good movie! I do not know what the rest of the people griping about who might be offended easily. If you like the Cinema 48 hours, you will like this. It is raw? Yes Is it silly? yes. Is it really stupid? REALLY do. Fun to watch? AMAZINGLY well. Although I agree Dom DeLuise "Can" butcher movies sometimes, this was a good inch. Abhorrent, fat triple XXX DVD film Loose Cannons producer. Dan Akroyd lunatic # 1 is a good performance .... It is not a full laugh all the time the movie, but a line that funny and stupid acts Despite the long jump, and it's something .. eh .. ended loose at times. is a joy to see. They were able to get SO many cliche Loose Cannons film references and it was fun because they see! (It is amazing all the people in what you know of other shows. Stargate SG1, buses, etc.)-Cop friends, S & M porn smut and Nazi sympathizer, pursued by the Israeli Mossad .... Let me put it this way: If you like comedy mixed with occasional stupidity and cruelty ... this is the movie: D And you can find cheap ways. My opinion = 9 stars .... IF ... you do not see that often: D only 2-3 times a year. |
