| Struggle, this Life of David Gale, The Drama uses great actors and direction of an interesting story: David Gale, a staunch opponent of the death penalty, convicted of rape and murder? Kate Winslet plays a journalist who was interviewing Gale three days before his execution in the fourth. Gale One follows the story of how he says, and that ranges from awful to heart-rending, moving slow. The man is guilty or innocent? The journalist reveal anything? Who is the cowboy? I really liked the Life of David Gale, The film because much of Alan Parker special feeling of pathos, but also for the very good performance and radiant history. If not for the bad quality of connection time, I would say that this Life of David Gale, The Drama deserves a place alongside the "usual suspects" in a strange way. |
| (Some minor details are revealed in this) I love the movies. I love them so much I have a terrible criticism. There is not much I do not like, but this movie. Oh, it's horrible. It might have been better if I had not seen so many films of a dead man walking. Kevin Spacey, but one of my favorite actors could not save this movie. The premise of the set was bad, but the selection of indy-style bonds and I think he had a chance. Kevin Spacey, but unfortunately it seems type-cast. He played a drunk horribly wrong, and Kate Winslet seems useless. In fact, the character was the most fun of the group. The unraveling of the story is slow and not very exciting. Characters are stalked by unknown men. That seems to be nothing more than a cheap gimmic. And there was that horrible line "to call the governor, the prison director, called everone" as it was so generic. And the dumbest transistions I've seen in a long time. Whenever you go to the back of the history of its sparkle and words typed on paper with a camera spining. Really lame. This film: Life of David Gale, The tried to make sense and that is why it does not fulfill its promise to the viewer. Only view the video if you need to see is really not worth it. I wasted two great passes on him. Which is funny because I had tried to sneak it eariler in eveining and finished watching Final Destination 2, which was still without a lot more entertaining that Mr. Gale. Fun at the movies. |
| This Life of David Gale, The Drama film has been totally underestimated. Intrigueing and has a strong history and a strong cast. Kevin Spacey is brilliant as David Gale, an activist of the death penalty for those convicted of killing a fellow activist (Laura Linney). Kate Winslet has a strong presence and extreme intensity throughout the film. For me, the improved performance of Kate film.I rate this very personally, 9 / 10. |
| If you're a fan of Kevin Spacey's, is not allowed for "The Life of David Gale." Do not read reviews. About not seeing him on television. Simply go to see and experience for yourself. It is not a perfect Life of David Gale, The Drama by any stretch (like many, many critics have been pointing out), but it grabs you and does it deliver. |
