| This Rise of the Dead Horror can be summarized in one sentence: Lionsgate's attempt to capitalize on the growing popularity of "zombie" genre. Viewers are warned: this is not a zombie movie! In the horror genre, is actually an OK movie. The first act category for the budget and special effects are done with taste (nudity, while, unfortunately, was not). This DVD movie Rise of the Dead has earned a 5 from me if not for a simple problem: The poster (and the DVD box art) and the plot synopsis of the Rise of the Dead movie (and later, gender is defined as!) Do not agree on the ALL plot. It's almost as if they think someone notice! I sat waiting for another Rise of the Dead Horror to this style Romero zombie bloodbath, I was more disappointed that I was the new "Day of the Dead." And trust me, I was disappointed. |
| Just saw this movie: Rise of the Dead in one of those places where the pirate DivX film Rise of the Dead (I would mention, but the MPAA may close down as they did with television links, but to depart, aaaiiight this DVD movie Rise of the Dead was, as far as B movies go. The second act, but the rate of killing scenes were great, bloody man was bloody, just the way I like them, ha ha ha. There was a scene where the mother and daughter were arguing that I had to go back twice to get something, hee, the mother asked "Where do you expect?" even before the child reached his jacket! brrrrooother. The title is what grabbed my eye. I thought it would be a zombie movie, but far from that, oh yes, watch the scene when the child grabs the gun oh man, it was a DivX film Rise of the Dead Baad, B, therefore, assume that the film, well, Hollywood keeps turning out, and we continue to see them. | The Rise of the Dead Horror film is not bad for a B-movie. I've definitely seen much worse! The acting was not as bad (unless some of the actors) and the story had made the promise. However, the description is all wrong, as others have said. This is NOT a zombie movie! Nothing to eat meat, not the brain Münchingen! Without giving a spoiler, my only problem with the film: Rise of the Dead was how it ended. Not only is it unusual, gross, but it seemed that the writers could not figure out how to make a celebration! Best scene in the movie: Rise of the Dead was when the preacher was giving his sermon (I will not go into details). Had one for best supporting actor in a B-movie, this should get it. |
| A young woman is a day and suddenly being attacked by vicious, almost zombie like people. What's weirder is the fact that those who are like this and try to attack their apparently good people were all normal for all nuts was sudden. Through his research, he discovered that these attacks seem to have a connection to a child who died violently, and unless you can understand a way to stop the carnage, you can close soon join the spirit world. RAISE THE DEAD is a very misleading title with a very misleading picture of art and a description of the plot, as I am sure you read all the previous reviews, this has nothing to do with zombies! in fact, is like the body with normal people being taken by an evil force that's going to do is to act as host zombies, but not meat Münchingen type. Some of the works and the acting director definitely shows some talent behind the camera, if only he had been given a better script to work, because while RAISE THE DEAD has some strange and rare moments to hold until after the majority of gender fee, which remains largely a confusing and sometimes boring short horror thread. Worth seeing for not demanding horror fans, but only by the dedicated horror fan. Stars ** |
