| I know I'm in the minority, but in my opinion, "Youth without Youth" is a film: Youth Without Youth that Francis Ford COPPAL has ever made. My apologies to fans of "The Godfather" films and "Apocalypse Now". While their most popular masterpieces were certainly well-made DVD film Youth Without Youth "Youth without Youth" is much more likely and has no commitment. The movie: Youth Without Youth is about a man of 70 years who is beaten by lightning. After he recovers from his wounds, appears to be less than 30 years of age and not for the next 18 years - or maybe not. The end leaves much to interpretation, which enrage many people who are unwilling to think for themselves. Parts of the DivX Movie Youth Without Youth seem to be dream sequences (perhaps the scenes that start in reverse.) Maybe the entire movie: Youth Without Youth after the beam is a dream. Perhaps the whole Youth Without Youth movie is meant to be taken literally (but probably not.) Sometimes, "Youth without Youth" seems like a David Lynch DVD film Youth Without Youth without the horror aspects. There are doppelgangers and people with supernatural powers. It is surreal and strange and some scenes make no sense in their sequence, but are important throughout the film. "Youth Without Youth" is not a Youth Without Youth film for everyone. In fact, most people probably do not like it. But if you are a person who is willing to think of a Youth Without Youth Thriller film and bring their own interpretation of what is happening, you might end up loving this movie. |
| If you are the guy who must have their films make any sense and stubbornly stick to one genre, this is NOT a movie: Youth Without Youth for you. There are wormholes through the plot big enough to send over Jodie Foster. This time, sent a poet and this is a real art film! It is also a tribute to the great work of Michael Powell and Emil (?) Pressberger THE RED SHOES made, Stairway to Heaven, and the thief of Baghdad. The plot felt like the genius thief of Baghdad picked me up my pants leg and I passed several times in a blender all the episodes of Twilight Zone and some stories of Borges. Time travel? Yep! Parallel realities? Absolutely! Nazis? Uh Huh! Control of the mind? Why not? Manual scanning of books, reincarnation, automatic writing, possession, reincarnation, aging sudden? Well, why the hell not? Word games about the bad Maltese falcon? What type of birds you would expect to see in Malta? Of course you go to Malta! To the best of my knowledge, there is gluttonous werewolf or vampire. I hope that you will not fail to see a ridiculous, confusing and beautiful film. There is a beautiful score by Golijov and wonderful sound design by Walter Murch. FFC has made great films. I hope you make many more. It was a pleasure to participate in this flight of fantasy egocentric! |
| I was surprised and fortunate to find a Youth Without Youth film of this size by chance, because they never heard of the release, first, I really thought it was an old movie, I had not seen. I am frankly puzzled and frightened by the obscene IMDb rating of "6.6" - the current assessment of this Youth Without Youth Thriller by the public who frequent these boards - a good example of the fact that taste is a controversial issue. While this film: Youth Without Youth is not for everyone, if you consider the world as a puzzle solved, if it has appeared in all, what it is, if nothing mystifies and captivates the senses and dream, if you are totally unenchanted by magic and mysterious nature of reality, this DivX film Youth Without Youth will be a great disappointment to you. Please do not view it as it is not for you, and therefore, distort the perception of the film. In reality, if any of these rules are applicable not see this movie, only bring sorrow. The Youth Without Youth movie is impressive in appearance, the characters are believable, the story is inflexible, unforgiving, an epic nature, and the atmosphere is hypnotic and fascinating. I was sucked into the world of this strange teacher. Only the relationship ends up being less perfect, however, these films are never easy to end. An essential and unique experience. |
