| $ 1 for rental and 103 minutes of football wasted.Being a fan I thought this DivX Movie Mr. 3000 to give an opportunity to learn and process the rules of baseball, a series of laughs and some entertainment.This no Mr. 3000 Sport at all before above expectations. Can not imagine this Mr. 3000 Sport movie is a success abroad. At the top of my disappointment with the film, also felt like a collection of all the worst parts of 2999 worst movies I've seen.Forced formula that simply does not work, you want: You-discourses uninspired that (then I could add), about: Boy meets girl, girl leaves boy, boy does not mind, girl back, I do not care-you also, more corny dance two, foreigners do not know how to swear in Spanish (yes on the right show me one), and if that is not enough then got Bernie Mac pathetic education, and so on ad infinitum with predictability to the end where a change is not a happy ... Ooops! than zero, we will make a happy ending. Generally boring, slow moving film, which has less comedy that some of today's TV commercials 20 seconds, to a name: Enzyte. 2 out of 10 |
| I love movies and I love watching sports. Not surprisingly, I like sports movies. Good. This is a very good one. Bernie Mac, as the ego maniacal ragingly baseball star Stan Ross, accomplishes the almost impossible. He makes us despise his character, then pity him, and finally worship. He is completely comfortable in the role, and commands the screen with almost shocking ease. The DivX film Mr. 3000 is not a home run, which is why much of its strength. This is not "natural." The writer and director say they are content with a simple but very entertaining story with a good message for athletes of all ages. "Mr. 3000" is quite funny and ultimately touching, and the end is surprising and installation. My children enjoy the DVD movie Mr. 3000 as much as I do. So, count this as three "thumbs up" for a Hollywood Mr. 3000 Sport with a little heart. |
| Enjoyed this Mr. 3000 movie mainly because of the great performance of Bernie Mac, "Guess Who", and his girlfriend in the film, Angela Bassett, (Maureen "Mo" Simmons), "Sunshine State". Bernie plays the role of a super baseball player who winds of having to prove himself again in the eyes of the Judges Hall of Fame. There are lots of laughs and very hot and sexy scenes with "Mo", which plays a reporter who has CNN News interview with Bernie and has a quick tongue in response to his comments about being in love and want to marry. If not for the aforementioned actors, this Mr. 3000 Sport would have fallen completely on its head. Thank you Bernie Mac! |
| This is exactly the kind of film: Mr. 3000 that you leave the theater smiling and not complaining about the prices. I will not give you a blow by blow of this movie, but I will say this much for a baseball DVD film Mr. 3000 is really funny, is not cliché and just when you think you know where is the movie? go somewhere else. It will not win an Academy Award because there is no category for "Just Good Clean fun", but from Hollywood. Ultimately, this is a great entertainment. Give it a shot, not sorry. |
| If you like baseball, here is a good DivX film Mr. 3000 for you. Bernie Mac is perfect in the title role as a baseball player with a beer ego the size of Milwaukee who is retiring after he believes his success 3000th, which will assume a shoo-in for the Hall of Fame. Induction and not many years later, he learns that three of the hits did not count, and returns to the game to get three hits. Mac does a good job and actually develops the character, to aid his return to learn more about being a team player. I really liked this DVD movie Mr. 3000 when I saw her. *** From **** |
