A troubled loner, Bob Maconel, imagines blowing up the tower in Los Angeles where he works. He takes a revolver to his office intent on killing colleagues, and then himself. At home, he holds conversations with his fish, who encourage him to do it. His supervisor picks on him. As he's screwing his courage to the sticking place, he drops a bullet; while on the floor looking for it, another colleague does exactly what Bob has been planning. Bob emerges a hero and the one colleague he likes, a woman with a bright smile, is severely wounded. Can Bob help her through despair and find himself and joy in life? Or, as everyone says, is this impossible for a man like him?

I rarely watch a DivX film He Was a Quiet Man that I like as much as I liked this movie. It is so beautiful on so many levels, has a very intriguing plot and a twist at the end that leaves you with a brain very shocked. There is not much I can say, without giving up much of the plot, but it is fair to say that if you watch this DivX Movie He Was a Quiet Man you will not be disappointed. It is so fascinating, has a wonderful soundtrack that matches the He Was a Quiet Man movie perfectly, and the end is so sad, so imaginative. The list shows an impressive performance and the camera work is quite complex and stylistic. In my opinion the best movie: He Was a Quiet Man of the "black humor" genre that is exhaled from the mind of anyone yet. The only reason they could not give this one 10 stars is due to the fact that it can be a little confusing for some, due to the fact that it is left wide open. 9 / 10
Well, so far I have not seen anyone mention the most obvious thing is fantasy. It is not a dream, but a twisted fantasy in the mind of Bob. Of course it was a time warp with the ball on the floor as a starting point / ending point. But the real trick here is Coleman. People think! What is the name of Bob write? Maconel. Hello, not Coleman. Mix letters Maconel and you get it ... a classic technique of mystery writing using the logo to complete the plot is a great track to end the story, okay? I went through a lot of threads and I could not find it, but someone else may have figured out. I was pretty easy once you think about the similarity of the names of the characters and how they kept finishing each sentence.
"He was a quiet man" is perhaps the most unpredictable and original He Was a Quiet Man film I have ever seen. If you're looking for something "normal" should look elsewhere. A story of a lonely, put-disturbed man who desperately wants to be somebody. Christian Slater plays the man absolutely brilliant. Watching their performance, I was thinking, "Where is Christian Slater?" ... Well, he is not even in the neighborhood. Well done, man! The location is absolutely incredible: colorful, imaginative, fun, dark and surreal. Cubicles, and hummingbirds, and speaking of fish, oh my! While the He Was a Quiet Man movie is not particularly satisfying emotionally (to say the least) in the brain and aesthetic, offering a great moment. "He was a quiet man" responds to the musical question: "Now maniacs will think twice before going crazy." Yessiree.
I came into this title, knowing absolutely nothing, besides the fact that Christian Slater was the lead. What they saw was nothing short of fantastic. We are first introduced to Bob (Slater), a man on the brink (or possibly the members) of a total breakdown. Kind of reminds you of Milton office, but so far taken by the border, there are not only looking back. He was mistreated on the job, hates his job, and wants everything done. What I really attached to this He Was a Quiet Man film was to the observations of the inner workings of Bob. He talks to his goldfish, and for crying out loud, it replicates. This is obviously an unstable man. Although its stabilizer, which is in the "victim," Vanessa (played extremely well by Elisha Cuthbert), reminded me a lot of Carrie-Ann Moss in Memento. She takes it, but teaches you to be a stronger man through essential "ball-busting." The script was perfect for each of the main roles. Both Slater and Cuthbert especially shocked me to no end to his talent. This is ideal Slater paper. Director Frank A. Cappello recovered somewhat with the condition. It was quite the achievement. It is unfortunate that there is so little news (I've never heard of him if not for the fact that I have an advance DVD). Will ignore for many. Look in your local video store, friends, this is worth!
This DivX film He Was a Quiet Man is not bad visually. Does not break new ground, but some drag style of music and video images in a way that fits perfectly into the film. Christian Slater is really working very well. But the plot sucks. It's the same tired "this is a hallucinatory dream sequence in the time before death" shit that ruins so many films that almost make a statement and then at the last minute to confess that delusions. If anything beyond the first fifteen minutes of a movie: He Was a Quiet Man is "real" and the main character dies at the end of a He Was a Quiet Man Romance movie with the realization that things were just seeing some professor of literature on self-referential dream metaphor and allegory, what is this He Was a Quiet Man movie worth it? All this is useless. Would have a five page story just enough for a class of first year university English. In a community college. In the film, it's just disappointing.
It was a quiet man is based on one of the more morbid aspects of our society and describes it perfectly. Christian Slater plays a quiet cubicle worker who, abused and maltreated by their colleagues, decided to shoot up the office. Fortunately for him, another man in his position is first, with Slater and takes the bullets that had meaning for their colleagues. After the aftermath, their colleagues who hated, treated as a hero, and the object of his desire, played by Elisha Cuthbert, is paralyzed from a gunshot wound. While the initial Slater Cuthbert enlists to help her end her life, eventually the two formed a bond that would never have occurred otherwise. The movie: He Was a Quiet Man takes us on a path of madness and through the surreal, morbid, sick and the world of Slater almost perfectly, and offers a thought, open your eyes take in the mind of a psychotic murderer would.
I've never been a fan of Christian Slater, but I've never been a detractor either. This He Was a Quiet Man Romance proved any view that I had it in his head. A dash of film, beautifully acted (by Slater, Macy and Cuthbert) from beginning to end. Slater is a desperate man ready to go to the maximum length to the right a world that sees it as wrong. As can be seen in the trailer, which has beaten the force and accidentally becomes a hero. At this point the DivX film He Was a Quiet Man begins in earnest. Do not try to get too smart and tend to make some movies with a history of this sort (sometimes to the detriment of the film). The story was strong enough to carry me all the way to the end. To buy, go see it, rent it.
Only one reviewer "I": ppmaker of the Russian Federation SPOILER ALERT ---------------- ---------------------- Worth seeing the comments of the directors in their final choice to see what that means and what the other endings could be considered meaningful. As said PPMAKER - did anything actually happen? So that leaves that are used in open place. The alternate endings to go out with other possibilities. Once you understand what it is saying the ending - the little plot persistent doubts that existed in the DVD movie He Was a Quiet Man are all resolved. Great DVD movie He Was a Quiet Man - I enjoyed very much and enjoy the soundtrack.
