| To summarize quickly: Too configuration. This whole film: Jumper should have been the first half hour of a bigger story. They try to make this just the first chapter as an "origin" in the story of a superhero movie, but if you spend the whole Jumper Adventure film creates a story, and a final left open for sequels, it's better to be damned sure the public really care enough to see more. I do not think that is the case here. Perhaps if it had been filmed and marketed as a teen Jumper Adventure film as the book, the series could have a longer life, but as adults I'd be surprised if more dates. Film was not bad. It was a fun distraction for an hour or two, with good visuals and action, but it's certainly nothing special. I think much of that is due to the smelter. Diane Lane is always good, but was barely in it, and Samuel L. Jackson just distraction - in part because the meaning of white hair, and partly because the link with Hayden Christiansen who constantly reminds him of Star Wars and led him out of the movie. The main stars, the Christensen and Rachel Bilson were so ... blah. In fact, I would have preferred if Jamie Bell was the star instead of merely a supporting role. |
| Bridge was entertaining, but it was difficult to me about any of the characters. There is no development and therefore do not really understand the reasons for any bad or good. And what really bothered me was that the "good guy" is totally hedonistic. He does not use his powers to help people (the best scene was when the Jumper Adventure movie moves away from a disinterested news report on television about people drowning in a flood), which only travels the world and rob banks. Sometimes, even endangering the public by the irresponsible use of their powers. Although this could have been an interesting take on the superhero story, the film: Jumper does not do enough to turn it over, the writers do not seem to realize how the hero is free to participate. It's almost enough to make me pull for Samuel L. Jackson 's character ... if only it had not been the case in one dimension. Although I was entertained for the duration of the film, which left me feeling cold. |
| You know, if I was being chased by a group of insane psychopaths who wanted to kill me, I would be God darn tempted to shoot a gun. Unfortunately, the hero, who otherwise can do anything and everything you want to buy, is too stupid to do so. And choose any substitute for the word "stupidity" you like. It is likely that you yell at the screen, probably with some colors metaphors. It's not as if this is a 'hero' history. The guy is a complete idiot redeemable without a bone in his body to the opening credits. Change in any way, learns nothing, and always keeps an IQ lower than their shoe size. That is roughly the level of intelligence that you need to reduce yourself to enjoy this movie. Do not give them your money. Do not waste your time. Do not reward this type of film. |
| Well, I'm so glad I did not pay to see this. I would have requested a refund. That was OK at best. If this was on TV and saw it for free, it would be OK. I am sure that the channel was changed from time to time, and do some surfing. The idea was great. The story was not great. And sorry to say the least act ... was a great need, the best shine. Well, not all the performances were very poor. Darth Vadar youth was the weakest link in the chain of action. My wife says this is one piece, a piece of wood itself. IMDber Another noted the lack of chemistry between the two characters. I have to agree. I felt every time they share screen time, it was forced. As for the big name star, Sam Jackson, it seemed that he phoned this in. He was fine, but fair. I hope that effective control as soon as possible, before they ask for your money. If you receive a rent-free or have a friend who is foolish enough to buy a copy of this, to borrow, if you think you should see. But really, not much. Once again, good idea, so in order of execution. |
