| With Clive Revile and Ian McDiarmid. George Lucas has returned to retouch this film, but with little fanfare this time. In the new Star Wars Trilogy DVD 3 Pack (episodes 4,5 and 6) The scene of Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine has been redone. Clive Revile has been cut, and a better projection holographic Ian has been added along with expanded dialogue. And I must say that this is probably the only scene George added to the original trilogy, which really made the Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back movie better. But I think George could take a lesson from the great artists in painting, the paint is always better when complete, would not have the capacity to stimulate our imagination. |
